Upon a midnight dreary
He pondered
Oh so weak and weary
Time had flown so terribly by
Leaving a fate
He always Questioned why
Alone he sat
Bemoaning his lot
Whispering forgotten words
A love gone far; beyond the mortal's reach
The dearest gone,
The child lost
The name he wanted to forget
Noroi, the small infant
He and his wife's cadaver left behind
Pain in his heart blinds him
A crow caws and he doubles over
Blinded by his grief and sin
Terror, Pain, Sorrow, Irony, and Death
The chapters of lore that were etched in his heart
The shells he ties in his locks of crow black
His only friend remains feather'd
